  • The moment we met Joe we knew that he was right for us. He delved right in to understand the situation and immediately started problem solving. With an old house, problem solving is critically important and we know that behind those walls are mysterious problems that needed someone with experience to solve. Often times, I would come into our house and see a new hole because he had found some aluminum wiring or discovered the 2nd floor bathroom was leaking and the dining room ceiling may fall at anytime.
